Do you Provide Tracking Information?


Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received your tracking within 15 days please contact us.

 

My tracking says ‘no information available at the moment’?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the information to update on the tracking system. So do not stress! If your tracking continues to say this after 5 business days please contact us immediately.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

Due to working with multiple suppliers around the world, items in the same purchases will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My Item arrived damaged?

 

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please reach out with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
