Returns & Refunds

Greetings Doofers! Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is at the customers expense to return the item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damaged/Faulty Goods


If in the unlikely situation you receive your goods and it is damaged or faulty we are more than happy to replace the same item, or offer a store credit, or a refund! Whichever you’d prefer we are more than happy to do.

In an unfortunate event like this please contact us and organize a return straight away. A gentle reminder that the item must be unused and sent back exactly how you received it. We will do our best to make sure you are all sorted as soon as possible.


Change of Mind


We know what its like shopping online, sometimes things look ten times better online until you actually get it in the mail and its not exactly what you thought it was going to be! Well that isn’t a problem! We are sure that most of the time you will be happy with your purchase but in cases where you are not we are happy to offer you a store credit. Please just contact us in order to organize this!

*We do not offer refunds for vintage clothing. Vintage items are are all pre loved items therefore we cannot deem an item 'faulty' if it is sent back to us.

*We do not offer refunds or store credit for bodysuits without hygiene stickers. This is due to health & hygiene reasons.

Wrong Size/Fit


Before purchasing any items on here please be sure to check size guides! We have tried our best with all our products to make sure you can get the correct size with our size charts we have provided. But we’ve all been there when we buy something online and it doesn’t fit so just reach out to us and we can happily exchange it or offer you a store credit. It will be at the customers expense to return the item. However, we will post the correct item back to you as soon as we receive the return.
